Both waysIn ChatGPT: Plugins → Add custom MCP server
01Overview
Add xpntl to ChatGPT as a custom MCP server. ChatGPT discovers the sign-in on its own, you approve it once on xpntl’s consent screen, and ChatGPT can reach the board.
02Set it up
In ChatGPT, open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server. Give it a name, and under Connection enter this URL. Your ChatGPT account and workspace policies decide whether you can add a custom MCP server.

Configure authentication (xpntl signs you in with OAuth), continue past ChatGPT’s notice, and select Create as a plugin. ChatGPT lists the tools it found.
ChatGPT sends you to xpntl. Sign in, choose who the connection acts as and which workspace it can reach, then approve.
Install the plugin you just created. Then start a new conversation, type @ and choose it.
The connection is listed in xpntl under Settings → Sessions. Revoking it there cuts it off.
