01Overview

Overview

Teams channels take posts through a Workflows webhook. Paste its URL into xpntl and choose which events post to it.

02Set it up

from nothing to connected.

  1. Add the workflow

    In Teams, add the Workflows template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received to the channel, and copy its URL.

  2. Connect the channel

    Open Settings → Connectors → Microsoft Teams, paste the URL and give the channel a label.

  3. Choose what posts

    Switch Issue created, Issue completed and Comment on or off for that channel.

03What it does

A new card posts its key and title. A finished card posts again. A comment posts the card it landed on.

Connect as many channels as you need. Each one chooses its events and can be paused without being removed.
